Over two decades of photographing Bar/Bat Mitzvahs has given us a deep understanding of the importance of this tradition. As the photographer of many local consecration and confirmation classes we photograph the children many times through the years leading up to and after their own commitment to Judaism.

Gates Photography's style is a specialized blend of traditional posing and candid photographs. We focus on accommodating all the generations - both individually and together. We especially enjoy the connection we form with each child throughout this process.
